This show has something for everybody! Hosted by Masters of Science in Kinesiology candidate, and aspiring certified strength and conditioning specialist, Matt Short; this show is meant to provide people with knowledge and experiences from people coming from all backgrounds of sport performance and health. From Physiotherapists, to national team athletes, strength and conditioning professionals to school teachers, MHPC's wide variety of guests truly ensures that each episode provides some sort of value to its listeners. The show also puts a spotlight on the talented individuals doing amazing work in, or hailing from the maritime provinces of Canada. While the show likes to highlight those with an impact on the Maritimes, we don't hesitate to bring in exemplary individuals from outside of the area every now and then as well! Whether you're trying to establish your calling, or just trying to improve your health, this is the podcast for you!
